We all have some favorite places that we love to visit during the holidays .the beautiful scenes that we come across are a welcome reprieve for our tired minds after a long period of work. Although the way the view heals your mind, it makes you think with an artistic way, the magnificent architecture, the buildings that has a wonderful mixt between the spanish and the moroccan culture. It’s the beautiful Tetouan »La paloma blanca» ,it’s a city in the north of morocco.
Q1. Why did you choose this place?
I chose this place because it gives me a positive energy. because of the beach cause i feel comfortble and happy in natural space ,be it mountain ,beach , forest, etc… But the truth is the place thae fills me the most with happiness is the sea
What do you think makes you be at ease
This place reminds me of the best memories with my friends and familly. whenever the sea gives symphonies, sounds, paintings, colors, smells, sensations, hope if i feel bad without a doubt i think about these landscapes and everything begings to clarify, feel happy , in nature , in the place that we like the most It is essential to develop as human , benigs have more senstivity and love life for what it is , I think that is why I choose the sea as my favorite place
Is there any disruptive element ?
In my opinion , every elements in this place wonderful , the colors and materials make sense also that building in the sea , so nothing stands out in a bad way
Do you think you’d feel the same way in another space right now?
I don’t wanna refuse to think that there are not other places I can feel the same way but there are some other places that make me happy whenever i think of them because every place is unique and has its own history i feel like it’s dificult to get the same feelimg in to the different places .
Do you think that the conditions of this space influence it’s occupants? How?
Yes, absolutely. Depending on the season of the year this place has a different impact in people.
Yes, I would like to be able to remove the building in front of us to allow us to have better views and internally I would also like to change the furniture to a lighter and more minimalist one since I believe that the current dark wood darkens the room, as does the floor

Reflexion of the text “Atmospheres” by Peter Zumthor
The book poses Peter Zumthors’s understanding, values and biases about atmosphere and architecture and how construction is not just a physical or an aesthetic phenomenon but rather a philosophical one. Moreover, the book explains his style and approach as he negotiates with the physicality of the form and material to produce emotional sensibilities that stimulate and move people.
He explains the intricacies and tectonics of the slow movement in architecture, deliberately designing signals that guide one to a voyage. An exploration of space through sensorial qualities like sound, air, temperature and light, he makes the users associate with memory, familiarity and wonder as they navigate in between the tangible and the intangible .
